Beverley Naidoo has collected stories from children around the world who were forced to flee their homes due to war.

The photographs are very helpful and will provide you with a better understanding of refugees and the difficulties they face. The author
asks some very interesting questions about tradition and culture and will make you think about how these can be lost when people move for any

Louise Armstrong "Real life stories: Living as a refugee. Mohammed's Story"
Louise Armstrong uses a combination of photographs and interviews with Mohammed, a young boy forced to flee his own country and live in America. The book is very clearly set out and will help you to understand how Mohammed learned to cope in the crisis.
